Service Description
Join our invigorating Pilates class designed for all levels. Our certified instructor will guide you through tailored exercises to enhance strength and flexibility and promote physical and mental wellness. Mats & any equipment will be provided but clients are welcome to being their own mat if they prefer.
Cancellation Policy
Pilates Class Booking Policy Booking: Clients must book their Pilates class in advance to secure a spot. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will not be refunded. Waitlist Policy: If a class is fully booked, clients can join the waitlist. Should a space become available, clients on the waitlist will be notified and given the opportunity to book the class. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us maintain an efficient and organised scheduling system!
