Here is a short workout that I have been loving on those busy days when it can be difficult to squeeze in some time for myself.

Despite how it’s presented on Instagram, just like everything else in life, Pilates isn’t always perfect. I’m still on my Pilates journey and always will be. There will always be new ways I can improve my practice, form and my teaching.

I’ll be honest, posting workout clips is something that makes me quite nervous! I’m trying to utilise that feeling to encourage myself to be a better me. Because that’s what it’s all about really, isn’t it? Finding ways everyday to help yourself towards being a better you, for future you.
